BHB SELECTED BY PORTUCEL FOR THE NEW PRESS PROJECT
BHB was the company chosen by the Pulp & Paper producer, Portucel, to supply the instrumentation for the new press at the washing for the “D0” bleaching phase in Setúbal Plant.
Portucel Soporcel Group is the leading European manufacturer of UWF printing and writing paper and the 6th largest producer in the world. The Group is also Europe's leading manufacturer, and one of the largest producers in the world, of bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp (BEKP).
Maintaining the trust in BHB, as its longtime partnership in providing industrial solutions, Portucel Soporcel Group decided to adjudicate to BHB the instrumentation for its new project of new press for the washing at the Bleaching “D0” phase in Setúbal.
The solution provided by BHB contemplates the supply of electromagnetic flowmeters, pressure, level and temperature transmitters as well as pH and Redox analyzers, of our representative ABB.
It is with great pleasure that we found that the ABB Process Master flowmeters (suitable for standard applications) and ABB FSM4000 (for more demanding applications) maintains an unambiguous reference in flow measurement in the pulp and paper panorama.
