BHB IS AWARDED A NEW PROJECT FOR CIMENT DE SIBLINE (LEBANON)
BHB was invited by Ciment de Sibline to supply the new CEMS System for the Kiln Stack with a one-year maintenance contract. This is will be the EPC project performed in Lebanon.
BHB was invited by the Portuguese and Lebanese company, Ciment de Sibline (Secil Group), to supply a Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for the Kiln Stack.
For this EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Comissioning) project, we have chosen the world leader in stack gas monitoring systems for more than 40 years and pioneer in FTIR technology, the ACF-NT (former Advance Cemas FTIR) multi-component emission and process monitoring system.
We highlight the following key-features of this system::
- Continuous, quantitative and selective measurement of HCl, HF, H2O, CO, CO2, SO2, NOX, NH3, O2 and TOC;
- Proven hot wet extractive measurement technique;
- High stability, accuracy and reliability through proven FTIR technology;
- Unique air-driven injector pump, no moving parts, low condensate to handle;
- Measured value and status signal transmission via analog and digital outputs and via Modbus or Profibus;
- Remote control and remote maintenance via Ethernet or modem.
BHB will also be responsible for the commissioning and implementation of the system locally. The local operation team will also receive training on how to operate the system.
Upon the implementation of the system, BHB will be responsible for the supervision of its maintenance by sending a specialized service team to the plant every six month.
