The promotion and encouragement of professional internships aimed at training and integration in the workplace. Working experiences contributes to continuous learning, personal growth and an attractive profile for the labor market for trainees, increasing their sense of responsibility and the dynamism in employees. In international training programs and internships, BHB is proud to collaborate with EuroYouth, sharing is know-how and knowledge with the participants integrated in the company’s operations, providing them with the opportunities to travel, develop skills and acquire with a company of reference in the sector. |

The recycling of ink and toner cartridges and mobile phones saves natural resources, essential in its manufacturing (5 liters of oil for each ink or toner cartridge), avoiding at the same time landfill of this equipment which is harmful to the environment. In partnership with AMI, BHB delivers its computer consumables (ink and toner cartridges) and mobile phones (damaged or unused) in collection containers placed in our facilities, so that these containers may be delivered later on to a company authorized to handle this waste. We invite our Clients, Partners and other stakeholders to also support this cause. BHB annually invites all its employees to give one day of its working days to Private Institutions of Social Solidarity, so that in their working hours they can help the Cause that motivates them more. For this day of volunteering the employee is gratified with two days of extra holidays. With this movement we intend to install volunteer support in BHB as well as help in a non-institutional way the Private Institutions of Social Solidarity. |
