BHB UPGRADES THE NMS OF THE PORTUGUESE AIRPORTS
BHB in partnership with the multinational Danish specialist, Brüel & Kjaer, optimized the Noise Monitoring System of the Lisbon, Oporto, Faro and Funchal international airports.
After the noise monitoring stations renewal in all the Portuguese international airports in 2011, BHB joins again to the Danish multinational Brüel & Kjaer to implement 16 weather stations, thus enhancing accuracy levels associated with airport noise measurement.
In order to optimize the data processing obtained from the B&K 2250 analyzers, 16 weather stations from the prestigious Finnish multinational Vaisala were implemented, allowing a better characterization of noise in those facilities.
